HAYPEEP orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. All orders are now shipped Priority. This excludes small items such as individual stickers, unless purchased with another larger item (i.e. prints, t-shirt).
Processing can take anywhere from two days to one week. International orders should add an additional week to this estimate.
Orders paid for using an eCheck will not ship until the check has processed.
Please be sure your mailing address is listed properly. If a package is returned to me because of an error in the address on the fault of the customer, HAYPEEP cannot cover the costs of re-shipping the item(s). Customers can choose a refund for the cost of the item, or can send a payment for re-shipment of the item(s).
Items cannot be returned or exchanged due to very limited stock. This policy is negotiable in certain circumstances.
